Aerobics is physical exercise that combines with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving fitness.

YOGA AND STRETCHING

Thursday – (6:10 – 6:45pm)

Regular Group Yoga classes are conducted daily at evening.

Zumba

Monaday, Wednesday, Friday – (5:30pm)

Zumba is exercise fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Pérez during these 1990’s. A Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
